Het evenement vindt plaats rond het jaarlijkse symposium van het automotive cluster ACS in Slovenië. Het reisprogramma biedt veel mogelijkheden om de lokale automotive industrie te leren kennen en om contacten te leggen met lokale automotive bedrijven en bedrijven uit Engeland, Duitsland, Frankrijk en Polen.
De activiteiten zullen plaatsvinden in de regio rond de hoofdstad Ljubljana. Het programma bestaat uit de volgende activiteiten:

- Matchmaking activiteiten

Het activiteitenprogramma is verspreid over 2 dagen. De heen en terugreis dienen zelf geboekt te worden. De heenreis kan bijvoorbeeld plaatsvinden op maandagavond 22 mei, en de terugreis op woensdagavond 24 mei. Alle bedrijven actief in de automotive industrie kunnen zich aanmelden voor deelname aan het evenement in Slovenïe. Hieronder vindt u alle details over het programma.
