| Drs. Harm Weken (partner) |

| During his professional career so far Harm Weken has been focussing on the automobile industry. Although he is a respected consultant for the Dutch government, his track record is also based on projects for companies. As a consultant he worked for purchasing departments of major automobile manufacturers like DAF Trucks, Volvo, Mitsubishi and Mercedes-Benz as well as for special vehicle manufacturers. Based on this knowledge he supports R&D bureaus and SME suppliers in strategic decision making and (international) business development. He supported the Slovenian government and the countries major automotive companies in building an automotive cluster. Since 1999 Harm Weken has extended his focus to automotive retail and distribution. As director of a research institute at the Erasmus University Rotterdam he was till 2003 responsible for the Dutch department of the International Car Distribution Program (ICDP). |

| Drs. Pieter Libberecht (partner) |
| |
| After his education of Business Economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam Pieter Libberecht was involved in a broad range of consultancy projects in the automotive industry in the Benelux. After several research projects for the ICDP program, he crossed the automotive retail industry in several projects from implementation of used car programs, training and coaching of dealership managers and employees to the set-up and organisation of quality projects and quality audits for several manufacturers in the Benelux. In 2005 he was one of the founders of FIER Automotive Retail. Besides the retail industry he gained knowledge and expertise of the automotive supply and manufacturing industry through, mostly international, research and consultancy projects. |

| Drs. Edwin Bestebreurtje (partner) |

| Edwin has been specialised in business development projects in the automotive sector. Prior to being a partner in FIER Automotive Retail, Edwin was senior consultant at KPMG. He there supported car dealer organisations in developing their business strategy. Before working at KPMG Edwin was a consultant in business development at ICB management consultants in several markets for six years. He supported management teams of organisations in automotive (Nimox, Brezan, Mitsubishi), service organisations (NVA, SMA), government (Cfi, Ministry of Economic Affairs, SenterNovem) and trade (Ferney Group, Masalco). Edwin also was a management trainer in automotive for the Cardano Institute (Innovam). He is graduated in business economics at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam specialised in marketing. |

| Han van den Bremer (senior consultant) |
| |
| Han started his career as project-planner at the Car-division of DAF. After 10 years of implementation and realisation of all product-changes and car-projects with his team in Born, he moved to Volvo Car in Helmond to coordinate the new projects. Intensive contact with his colleagues in Sweden where part of this process. From 1986 Han was one of the managers of the External-Engineering-team that developed the Volvo 440 in Worthing (U.K.). After the introduction and Launch of all Volvo 400 products he managed the Operational Logistic department in Born for 3 years.
With the change-over to Nedcar, a joint venture of Mitsubishi and Volvo, Han chose for the Production Organisation. As ass. General Manager, the implementation of new projects was his main responsibility. After Nedcar announced their big ambition to build a supplier-park around the factory, Han became as pioneer the Director of Inalfa-Automotive. The first supplier ever who realised the production of welding components for the Body-shop inside Nedcar. This as self-supporting company with > 300 man. After Volvo being sold to Ford, Nedcar changed production and Han became director of Inalfa Industries, working in the Metal-division with plants in Slovakia, Belgium and the Netherlands. After 2004 he focused the independent tool-shops of Venray and IMP Korea, and got access to many carmakers. From 2007 Han is working at FIER as Senior Business Manager. Using his experience in Central Europe the Romania projects are in his portfolio. Recently Han is appointed as Project Director of the ‘High-Tech Automotive Campus” in Helmond. |

| Drs. Ing. Mathijs Vaessen (consultant) |
| |
| Mathijs is working as consultant at FIER Automotive since august 2007. He obtained his bachelor degree in automotive engineering at the HAN Automotive in Arnhem. Thereupon he graduated for his master of science degree at the University Utrecht, studying Science & Innovation management. During his study Mathijs has been active in the Netherlands and in Germany for several automotive related practices and graduation projects. Within these projects he worked at a test centre for vehicle technology, he was involved in the research and development department of a sports car manufacturer and he developed a new manifold concept at an engine development centre. For his graduation at the University he fulfilled a study to the opportunities and threats for the Dutch transport sector during the transition to a sustainable transport fuel. |
