By registration for the event you agree with the following:

• The organisation (FIER/ATC) has the right to cancel or change the activity program, or parts of it, if there are, to its judgment, valid reasons for it.
• Participation in the congress, matchmaking event and joint company visits is free for TCAS project partners
• Every TCAS Partner region can invite 5 of their automotive companies for free participation, maximum 2 persons per company can participate.
• Joint dinners and lunches are included in the free participation
• Transport during the program will be arranged by the organisation.
• Every participant pays for its own (international) travelling costs, hotel costs and meals outside the program.
• Participants will arrange their own (international) travelling to the program location.
• Hotels are pre-reserved by the organisation. The organisation will collect the hotel reservations and send them to the hotel. The organisation is however not responsible for the reservation of the rooms and the conditions of the reservation.
